All in all very happy with service I received.
The countertop had to be adjusted a little but I am told that no one will notice it since it is only one corner, against the wall. (No one has noticed it!)
Had a tiny crack near sink. They came right out to fix it. All is good.

I had major work done on my condo last year but have not remodeled my kitchen. My cabinets were somewhat nice but I needed a new look. After interviewing few companies I have decided to go with Stonecutters. What got me intersted is the phrase that the owner of the company, Howard, used. He said that: " A great piece of granite will make not-so-nice cabinets look amazing."  I was excited and decided not to change my cabinets. With the money saved I was able to afford an amazing piece of granite that I liked a lot. Howard helped me choose the granite personally and totally changed my perspective on how I look at stone. I picked a piece with "movement" as he described to me, instead of boring pieces that other cheaper companies offered. Yes, I have spent a bit more money but the "job" was impeccable.  It was done to my satisfaction and beyond. The back splash was cut to match the movement of the pattern of the countertop. The workers were always on time. Sometimes it is worth to spend money on one thing and save on the other. With the money saved on cabinets, I was able to afford a nice granite for my tiny kitchen. The whole experience was enjoyable. Thanks so much.

It went great. Our general contractor for the bathroom remodeling coordinated the order, delivery, and installation. The Zodiac was cut perfectly. The countertop had to be taken back to the factory after delivery to cut the holes for the vessel sinks. The cuts were perfect, the counter was back and installed the next day.

VERY POSITIVE. They were great. Michelle was very professional and spent some time with us laying out the granite, picking colors and giving us her suggestions. During installation, they forgot a few backsplashes but nothing major.

Of the 7 pieces of granite needed for our kitchen, 3 were cut incorrectly, leaving us without a working sink & cooktop. They also did not reconnect the dishwasher, discovered when our basement flooded. When the replacements came, weeks later, they were not satisfactory either. Our phone calls were not returned. We did not pay the balance, which went toward another fabricator (Zanotti's from Highwood) redoing the area. Zanotti's did an excellent job. On the plus side, their installers were very pleasant men, and their seams were absolutely perfect.

THEY HAVE THE MOST UP TO DATE FABRICATING MACHINERY THAT HAS EVER BEEN DEVISED. THEY ARE REALLY PHENOMENAL AND CAN MAKE CUTS IN GRANITE AND MARBLE THAT NO ONE ELSE CAN MAKE. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE ENTIRE PROCESS, THEY ARE GREAT TO WORK WITH.
