We have decided to use them because their quote is really good. However, they are not very good with communication. We have waited over a month now for them to come and do the job. We called them this week to see when they were coming next and they said yesterday. It rained yesterday so I have not heard back from them. If they don't come soon, then we probably will not be using them. Our neighbor used them and that is how we found them. They started on our neighbors and their price is really good. I think the price is $1400.00 with everything for us and our neighbor. They haven't come yet. We are having a lot of drainage issues and water problems and our gutters are in desperate need of replacement. I know that they have been busy because we have had a lot of rain and they must have had a lot of repairs to do. Their responsiveness is not good. They aren't very professional. If they actually come out and do the work and it's good, we will use them again because it's a fair price. I understand the weather part of it, but what is frustrating is that they don't even call and say that they are running behind. I know he knows that we are frustrated because my husband called them this past week and told them that we needed to know if they were coming out or if we needed to sign somebody else. When we needed the quote they came out pretty much right away. They came when they said they would. Getting the quote took a while because there was a kind of a miscommunication between the two of us whether to start ours first or do the neighbor’s. Once we said it was okay and once we got everything ready to go, we wanted to get it done. It is over a month now and nothing has been done yet.
