 + -1 moreI CALLED IN MY BROKEN GUITAR AND TALKED TO SOME GUY AND TOLD HIM WHAT HAPPENED. HE RECORDED IT AND PUT IT IN HIS COMPUTER. THEN HE TOLD ME TO CALL BACK IN A FEW DAYS. WHEN I CALLED BACK I TALKED TO A NEW PERSON AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE NOT SURE WHAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN. I WAITED SO LONG I SHIPPED IT OUT TO GET IT FIXED. I CALLED TO CHECK ON IT A FEW DAYS LATER AND THEY SAID THEY WERE NOT EVEN SURE IF IT WAS GOING TO GET FIXED. I WAS SO CONFUSED AND FRUSTRATED THAT I WAS READY TO GIVE UP. THE PEOPLE OVER THE PHONE DIDN'T REALLY SEEM LIKE THEY WANTED TO HELP. IT WASN'T A GOOD EXPERIENCE.
Description of Work: THEY WERE THE INSURANCE COMPANY THAT HANDLED GETTING MY GUITAR FIXED. THEY ORGANIZED GETTING IT SHIPPED AND TAKEN CARE OF.
