Sas Marius

We underwent a major renovation, our first, we updated ALL the electrical, ALL the plumbing (including the service to the street main,) dormered the upstairs adding 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (new roof, new siding,) moved the staircase (new,) moved some walls, all new floors throughout, gutted the basement, and so on. I searched Angie's List for contractors, and got bids from 5 contractors. We actually found Marius because our architect recommended him. We are so glad we chose Marius. 1. The work is SOLID. We sailed through numerous inspections and didn't have any major delays. 2. Marius is an honest man and he takes pride in his work. His prices are fair, he looks out for his employees and he looks out for his clients. He answered all of our questions throughout the project, and there were a lot, he always responded promptly, and he also provided helpful information or tips when not requested. He didn't change any of his quoted prices, the changes were things we added on. I don't want to go through the process again anytime soon but if we ever do we will go directly to Marius.
