"I am the owner of the company, my name is Stan. I went to look at this job it was a very small one which 99% of others wouldn't even give him a price on. Being that he was a little bit older I decided I would take the job. It was a very small job, I couldn't make much of a profit but I have been doing this a very long time, I rarely turn people down. I sent a crew out that has been with me for over 15 years. They did the job, they called me to tell me they were done. I called him and got a hold of him. He told me he was very unhappy because they did the job without him being there. He called me and I came out to see. This was a Touch pointy job and he was unhappy with the color. I sent them out a second time, showed them what he was unhappy with and we changed the color. He complained about a few areas that needed to be touched up that were not in the contract. I sent them out a third time to do the extra work for free at no charge. After the third time, he told me he didn't like my guys. Well I know that he was a nasty man so I advised my guys not to interact with him. He told me that the work couldn't be any better and he paid me. I asked him if he was satisfied, he told me no. I asked if he would like me to send them again, he said he was finished. I was happy to take the check and get away from him. A month later he calls me for some more work which I did not want to do business with him anymore. He was nasty and ignorant to my crew and to me and what he gave was not a review but a rant. I am proud of my company we have almost 500- 5star reviews. Unfortunately every once in a while you find a nasty ignorant person like this and you have to deal with it."

"This review is 100% false. No money was exchanged from them to me. No work was performed. The reason was, I sent two crews out there who felt uncomfortable with the customer and did not want to do the work. I cancelled it out and they immediately gave this bogus review to get even. They cannot produce anything showing that they gave me any funds. I have over 550 reviews that say we are an excellent company. I do not want anybody to believe that this person is correct in any way and I am fighting to have this taken down, which takes time. This was put up without any proof of payment or any work being done. So they have no right to say anything."
