Bob was recommended by someone else who couldn't come out to do the job. I call him up and he was there on time as he promise, very friendly and professional . The installation went as plan and finish on time as planned, i would definitely use them again.

He and his associate came on time. He said that I didn't need to replace the unit. Other service operator indicated I need to have a new unit. He was very honest. He had to tightened one internal part of the unit. Since it was a very small job, he discounted the service call charge. They took their shoes off on entering the premise. Cleaned the work place. I will use his service in the future

HE WAS VERY KIND ABOUT OUR UNEXPECTED REQUEST. HE WAS IN THE ALLEY WORKING FOR ONE OF OUR NEIGHBORS. WE WENT OUT AND ASKED HIM IF HE WOULD LOOK AT OUR PROBLEM AND HE FIXED IT.
