Randy takes care of both of my neighbors on each side, so I just walked over to ask him for an estimate. He came back the same day with the price, and had the work done within a day or so.

I called for an estimate. A written proposal arrived promptly in the mail. The contract covered up to 8 plows for a flat rate of $320. They came whenever the snow was more than 2 inches. This winter we happened to have about 8 snow events that needed plowing. If there had been more, the contract specified $40 per additional plow. If there had been less snow, we still would have paid $320. They came promptly each time.
