The project went very well. Chris was always available for questions and concerns. When work was delayed communication was still there. He worked very hard to satisfy me with the work I needed done. I'm very happy with the results,I would recommend him anytime.

There were complications and my miss communication with the plumbers, but Chris helped out and was pleasant and cooperative throughout the process. We also decided to change the job, by adding a heating pad under the brick work to melt snow in the winter. Again, Chris was cooperative, helped us get an electrician to install the heating unit and Chris completed the job.

Very prompt with initial estimate. A little delay getting started due to some family issues. Very fast start to prep, but small delay due to rain. Once the weather cooperated, it went as planned. Had some problems with leaves falling, so maybe consider that in the Fall.

When I met with Chris initially we agreed on a price and timeline and what would be done. I was told it would be a 3 day job and that the concrete would be poured first thing in the morning when they were ready to go. On the first day of demolition it was discovered that the outside wall would need to be shored up with cinder blocks before the concrete could be poured. When I discussed this with Chris he said he would only charged me for the extra supplies needed to fix this and the cinder block wall would be placed against the outside wall. He estimated it to around $400. I agreed to this. The second day that I got home, they were in the process of finishing off the cinder block wall. What I didn't know (because they didn't inform me) was they had taken down the outside wall, removed the ceiling and light fixture from the closet and were in my home all without my permission or knowledge. When I called Chris to complain his only response was "Well I trust my guys". His total lack of concern for my property was unbelievable and that he had destroyed my closet. Which I will now have to pay to have fixed. Then he assured me that the concrete would be poured first thing tomorrow and the job would be complete. He also informed me that he would give me my final balance tomorrow. So the next day I contacted Chris late morning to find out how the job had gone and what my total balance for the extra supplies where. I was informed it still wasn't done and he would try to get to it around 1 that afternoon. Also he decided that he wanted to "pay his men some extra money" so he was now charging me $700 for the extra supplies. When I told him I wanted an itemized bill for all the work that was done, he informed me he would see to it and mail it to me. I never received a bill. Well the concrete didn't get poured until late that afternoon, I got home around 6 pm and they were only 1/2 thru with the job. Once again after I told him I didn't want people in my house without my knowledge, his men were once again in my house with out my permission. They had also left my house unlocked which I didn't discover until late that night. It also ended up taking an extra 3 days to get them to come out and remove the boards. Each day I called to have the job completed I was told it would be taken care of that day. Finally on that saturday I had to call Chris 4 times before anyone showed up to finish the job. And each call to him I was told they would be at my house within 15 minutes. This took almost 4 hours of calls before they showed up. And now 4 months after the work was done, one of my slabs is cracked right down the middle. I would not recommend this company for any concrete jobs.
