Everything went fine.

I had a question about my husbands diagnosed disorder because this is his third doctor assigned to manage and observe his condition on a by annual basis with various blood test and spline exams.  He discuss in through detail the mechanics that make up this disorder plus told him what to expect in the coming years, if blood chemistry changes.  We were so confused when we entered his office, but left with assurance that he will watch his condition continually.  No one has ever taken the time to educate him in that manner before.  A big thumbs up for the North Shore Onocology, Northbrook, Ill.

At this point my issue is managed by medication and annual visits for follow up. She is great.  Her office staff in the front are pretty marginal in terms of acknowledging you when you come in, making you feel welcome.  But then again they are not treating me, and it's not bad enough to encourage me to find another dr. 
I would recommend Dr. Zaacks for any Rheumatology related ills that you have.  She is hard to get an appointment with in anything less than a month, so if it's an emergency, you might be disappointed.
