He was about $1500 cheaper than 2 other providers I had called and gotten estimates from. They came and did the job, and left everything there until it was checked out by a licensed inspector and came back the next day to take everything away. I recommend him very hardily.

THE OWNER, RONNE MATZUR, ARRIVED LATE IN THE EVENING OF THE FLOOD.
HE AND A SUCCESSION OF CREWS WORKED THE ENTIRE NIGHT AND THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS CLEANING OUT THE MESS, SECURING THE SAFETY OF THE HOUSE AND REASSURING US THAT EVERYTHING WILL BE RESTORED TO OUR SATISFACTION. OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF MONTHS AT OUR CONVENIENCE THEY RETURNED TO COMPLETE MULTIPLE TASKS AS SUPPLIES AND PARTS BECAME AVAILABLE.

They could not do an air test when it was super cold, so they had to come back. When he came back, he was great. He was willing to talk to my tenants and let them know that things were fine and that there wasn’t anything to worry about. They were very knowledgeable about mold problems and they were not willing to jump to conclusions. They gave me possible things that it could be and told me what could happen if this was this or what can happen if that was that. They were just very honest and forthright as to all the different possibilities of things that could happen as we work through this problem.

We hired 911 Restoration to remediate a mold issue we discovered after living in our home for a year. Though we have never had a drop of water since living in this home, the previous owners had, and had fixed the water issue. However, it turned out that there was mold left from the time when the home had water. It was very stressful since a few of us in my family are particularly sensitive to mold. We saw great recommendations for 911 Restoration so I contacted them and Carl came out and we found him to be very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained what needed to be done with the allergenic mold found in our home and the timeframe and cost. We decided to hire 911 to do the job. Everyone we worked with - from Carl, to Wayne and Cesar who did the day to day work, to the other crew members who handled things like air duct cleaning - was excellent. We primarily dealt with Wayne for the 3-4 days they were in our home and we were very impressed with how respectful and professional he was. Both Wayne and Cesar were sensitive to the fact that we were living in the home while the work was being done and they were so considerate of our kids and the fact that it was hard for them to have workmen in our home. Our experience with the people from 911 is that they are top notch, caring, and professional. They helped us through a stressful situation, right before the holidays. I would recommend them highly.

It went great. The crew arrived early and stayed late and got the whole job done in a few days. The most difficult part was dealing with all the junk in our basement. They understood how attached my husband is to his workshop and collections. They moved everything salvageable to the middle of each room, and sealed it in plastic. This included heavy workshop tools like a lathe. When pulling out the drywall in the basement bathroom they accidently broke the toilet lid. They replaced the entire toilet with a fancy Kohler toilet at no charge. If you saw this bathroom it is kind of like having a Rolls Royce to transport yard waste...over the top..Ranni stopped by every day they were working and even checked the day after they finished to make sure he was satisfied with their work.

We were upset when we found mold and 911 was the quickest of all services to respond. They got us in ASAP and the job was detailed and spotless. We have a baby in the house and are so happy for the help of this company.

The process went, overall and I am quite pleased with the experience. At first there was some confusion over the initially scheduled time. Upon calling the company they were sincerely apologetic and very accommodating in rescheduling later that day when I was next available. The technician was right on time and quite professional. The report with the test results arrived early the next week, consistent with what the technician told me.

My basement flooded overnight and we woke up to the lovely smell of raw sewage in our basement family room. I called a number of providers, but kept getting put on hold and given very long wait times to have anyone out to fix the problem. Then I called 911 Restoration. A human being answered the phone! I explained my situation and she said she could get someone out quickly to do the clean-up. Within 2 hours, Ronnie was at my door with a crew. They assessed the damage, cleaned, disinfected, removed items that were not salvageable. The total cost was half of what some of the other companies on the phone had been quoting me. They were really great, very professional. I'm glad I found them!

Most aspects of this company were positive. The scheduling process was simple and easy, and the owner followed up a few days after the samples were taken, with the test results. However, the technician that came on-site was not impressive. He started off by informing us we had done everything possible wrong when dealing with the mold we had uncovered a few months before (bleaching it when it was in drywall, allowing our brother to paint over portions of the affected areas when he was painting the walls, etc). All true, of course, but I don't believe it was necessary to start off like that. He then proceeded to look at the affected areas and recommended some extensive remediation for the affected areas, and warned that we may even have to do a total home remediation because we had bleached the mold on the drywall. Thankfully we obtained a second opinion, and that company used professional tools to test the moisture levels, cut out a couple of pieces of drywall to verify, and informed us that all of the mold was limited to the surface of the drywall with the possible exception of one location that could be handled with a limited localized remediation that I could do on my own, and recommended doing an air test after we had removed the drywall and let it air out for a few weeks after our roof replacement before contemplating more extensive steps. All in all, I felt that 911 Restoration chose the path of creating fear in order to encourage clients to proceed with expensive remediation services, and for this reason I would not proceed with using their services in the future.
