The owner, Emin, is incredibly responsive via email or phone and is always more than happy to honor requests for things to pay special attention to, etc. He came out himself to help clean the first time, and he walked me through every room to show me what they did to be sure I was pleased. He also went out of his way to thank me for referring someone and gave me a thank-you referral discount when I would otherwise not have even known that this person contacted him. His staff are always reliable, and I never have to worry about whether they are going to show up or have to reschedule, which has been a problem for me with other services in the past. You can tell that he genuinely cares about his business and wants clients to be happy, and that makes all the difference!

I used Maid Green when I purchased a new house and needed move in cleaning. Right from the start, Emin was prompt in getting in touch with me and was able to work around my hectic schedule. When they arrived, we walked around the whole house and he pointed out what he would be cleaning and made sure that he was aware of everything I wanted done. He called me when he was finished and I met him back at the house, where he personally walked me throughout the house and showed me that everything had been completed, and made sure I was satisfied. The house was impeccably cleaned, and far exceeded my expectations. I was so happy with their work that I hired them to clean the townhouse I was moving out of, and once again they did a fantastic job. Emin was so professional and kind, and his girls did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend Maid Green to anyone looking to have some cleaning done. I will definitely be calling Emin for my future housecleaning needs!

They did an amazing job. My condo looked and smelled great when my parents arrived. Will definitely use again next time I need the place cleaned. The cleaners were very friendly as well.

I called Maid Green somewhat last minute for a move-in cleaning. They managed to arrange the schedule to fit me in with just a few days' notice. They deep cleaned two bathrooms and the kitchen in a house that was bank-owned and had been vacant for months (and wasn't well-cleaned even when people lived here!). I paid additional for them to clean the oven, and it looks brand new. The floors had just been redone, and I asked them to just dry mop them. They also wiped down all the trim to get rid of construction dust. I paid them an extra half hour beyond the original 3 hours to do more than the original deep-clean of the bathrooms/kitchen. I am incredibly picky, and I couldn't find anything to fault. I will definitely call them again for cleaning!

It was amazing. I called to schedule the service for noon and they arrived right on time. As soon as they came in, they asked me if there were any areas I wanted to focus and I took them through all my living room, kitchen and bathrooms. I wanted them to focus on pet hair and of course what everyone needs, the bathrooms. In about 4 hours, my apartment looked like new. Floors were shiny and bathrooms were spotless. The whole apartment had that clean smell without it being overpowering. All their products are chemical free and it's been a week since they came and the dust has stayed off my counters. I am a total believer that their cleaning products do an awesome job without having a bunch of chemicals. This totally makes me want to use their service again.

I hired Maid Green based on their reviews from other cities. They have definitely lived up to their reputation. Emin was very professional and easy to contact & schedule. He came to my home, did a free consultation, and prepared a detailed proposal tailored to my own preferences. When his team came in and cleaned, they followed the check list to a T. They even went above what was expected. I have tried other companies before. I am aware I am very picky, especially when it comes to cleaning inside my home. I figured I would give one more company a shot since I'm so busy. They made me feel like I was VIP and excited to accommodate my pickiness!! I will definitely use their services again. I signed up for biweekly maintenance cleanings. I'm so excited and relieved to have found Maid Green in Chicago!
