The furnace blower was acting up and since replacing the capacitor did not work, I called Marek on a Sunday to get an expert diagnosis. He was able to replace the motor in short order on a weekend. Quick and competent.

It was fantastic!! I can now spend time downstairs. It was freezing down there but Merek from L&M Heating and Cooling spent a lot of time at my house figuring out the issue(s) and got things working again. I couldn't be more pleased and moving forward, I absolutely be using Merek/L&M Heating and Cooling as my regular heating & cooling company for services as well as any issues I may have in the future. It's always so great when you find an excellent serviceman that knows what he's doing and is fair. The price couldn't be more fair for all that he did and all of the time he spent.

He arrived on time for each visit. He was able to perform the inspection on the day I called. The humidifier and furnace repairs (minor) were performed the day after (once he got the parts he needed). He always cleaned up after himself, was professional and explained everything he was doing and needed to be repaired to my wife and me.

Our furnace went out on us on a cold Friday afternoon in December. I called our regular guy (who just checked our furnace a couple of weeks earlier) but he couldn't make it out until the next day in the afternoon. After calling three other places, none of which could make it out that day, I got a hold of Marek at Land M Heating. He called around and was able to get the motor for our Armstrong furnace and make it out in a couple of hours. Our house was down to 60 degrees so I was happy to have come do the work. He was efficient, fast, tidy and he was less expensive than everyone else. I'd definitely use him again and I highly recommend him.

I hired L&M for a previous small HVAC repair/cleaning job. He seemed knowledgeable, honest  and prepared to perform the service.  When the time came to replace the old HVAC system in my newly purchased home I did not hesitate and hired L&M to do the job.  L&M offered several different manufacturers, suggested which one he prefers but also encouraged me to research the companies online and make the final decision.  I did end up choosing the manufacturer he suggested. 
L&M ended up installing the new system and during the processes showed me the heavy duty m.aterials he uses vs. other installers. I was very impressed by that considering many contractors out there like taking short cuts.  He was also willing and able to answer any question I had during the install process which put my mind an ease
So far the two systems have been running great and I highly recommend L&M Heating Air Conditioning HVAC

I called in the late morning. He came in mid-afternoon. He was on time, called me when he was enroute. He was very professional and courteous. He showed me the problem wire, so now I will know what to look for if we experience the same problem again. Very reasonable cost. I also made plans with him to service my AC unit next spring.
