Your house is your most important asset. John M Neff Roofing Co. has been installing some of the finest roofs on the North Shore since 1978. Almost all of the work that we do has been by referrals from homeowners, architects and contractors. All roofs whether, they are asphalt, slate, wood, or metal, require the same supporting systems. A high quality roof needs to have the best ventilation, underlayments, ice protection and flashing to protect it from the elements and ensure that it lasts for a long time. The most critical factor of a quality roof is the workmanship that goes into it. We are committed to doing the job right the first time and provide our customers with 100% satisfaction. Our roofers stay abreast of the most current installation guidelines and safety practices. Over the years we have worked on many difficult houses. Many houses have design problems that require foresight and planning to avert future problems due to the Chicago areas many weather issues. With over thirty years of experience, we have seen what the worst weather can do to a roof and know how to prevent it. The owner still works on all projects and he makes sure that you are a 100% satisfied client at the end of the project. Your house and property are protected by tarps during the job and clean up is exceptional.
