JoEllen really went the extra mile for us. She was always available when we had questions, very accommodating and encouraging throughout the entire buying and selling process. She's knowledgeable about the market, different types of properties, and has lots of resources that were very useful. I'm really grateful that we got to work with her!

JoEllen took me under her wing, educated me, dealt with my constant questions and most of all protected me and looked out for me throughout the entire process. When you are a first time buyer there are many things that you dont know and do not consider. JoEllen is patient and takes her time to educate you, make sure you feel comfortable, and that your best interests are being looked out for. 

She goes above and beyond her call of duty. Though I know she had other clients, I never felt that way. She was attentive to my somewhat constant needs during negotiations on several properties. She was supportive and comforting throughout what can be a very stressful and confusing process. She was happy to speak to me on the phone or in person at several steps in the process. To put simply, she just makes you feel like someone is in your corner and making  you the priority. As a first time buyer, that is priceless. 

This is the largest purchase you will make in your life, or at least one of them. It is important you find someone that puts you above dollars, commissions, etc. JoEllen is that agent/person. She felt more like a friend at the end of the process. I have since referred her to several of my friends and coworkers who have all had the same experience. 

It's important to also mention that she is very educated on many neighborhoods in the city and knowledgeable on market trends, businesses, new developments in the neighborhood, etc. This information can be crucial when deciding the best investment for you. 

I am now in a great condo that I love. I owe much of that to JoEllen's expertise, strategy and overall care.
