Description of Work: Dan was cheaper by $300 on replacing my power steering pump on my Volvo XC 90. The work was done as scheduled and as quoted. He also let me know of another issue I needed to address, but was able to take care of it the following month. I have gone back since. Very happy with my experience.

 + -1 moreSince the car was towed to Import Service at night, I did not have an appointment for service. First thing in the morning, my husband called Dan and explained what happened. He said that it sounded like the alternator might need replacing and he would get on it right away. He was prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgeable and said I could probably have my car fixed by the end of the day. I told him to take two days and take his time to fix it right. He had it ready on third day about noon which was acceptable to me. I would definitely consider using Import Service again.
Description of Work: My car would not start without a jump and my battery was only 9 months old. After jumping, my car died while driving at night and I had it towed to Import Service. Dan diagnosed a failing alternator and replaced it, checked the battery to make sure that is had not failed and changed the oil.

 + -1 moreI like them for their good quality mechanics. The guy who owned it for 15 years recently sold it to a younger fellow Dan but the previous owner continues to work there. They do high quality work and charge reasonable prices for it.
Description of Work: They have done work on my wife's Jaguar, my Mercedes and Porsche for 15 years now.
