Hired them to clean an empty house 4 bedrooms 4 baths estimate was for for people for 1 hour 15 minutes. They were supposed to clean all surfaces including cabinet fronts and appliance fronts as well as flooring. Paid extra 60.00 to have ovens cleaned. The 4 of them got into an argument over something. They were speaking Polish so I do not know what. 2 of them stormed out and argued in front of my house for 30 minutes. Neighbors almost called police. Hardwood floors were all streaked ovens had a white film, one of the bathrooms was not touched, dust left everywhere. Long story short ever thing they touched had to be recleaned. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

i was very disappointed with the quality of the work. There was still hair in the sink and shower. Garbage in the garbage can. The dirt on the floor was pushed around and my glass table was still dirty.

I have Hour Maids for house cleaning.  They were here two weeks ago.  They don't do the deep cleaning, they do a surface cleaning.

It mostly went well. I wouldn't give them completely unqualified recommendation, but they were pretty good. There was no additional cost. After they were done, I thought they would do a bit of cleanup. That was the main issue. The workers were effective and efficient

There were no problems. They cleaned and dusted everything on on levels. They completed the work in the hour and a half time frame. They brought their own cleaning supplies too. They did great.

Overall, I thought they did a good job. They were efficient, but 1 lady was scrubbing my stainless range top with a bristly sponge and soft scrub. I stopped her immediately. You can't use either on stainless steel - it scratches. I thought they would know better.

This was a final cleanup of my rental unit as I didn't want to deal with cleaning after my move.  I set this up about a month in advanc and paid by credit card.  The team showed up 5 minutes early and left right on time.  They cleaned every nook and crevice of my unit and mopped the floors.  I had never seen the place so clean!  I would highly recommend.

They are pretty good.  For an hour and fifteen minutes I think I pay about $116; it's a little pricey, but she gets 4 to 5 people.  Sometimes if you get a good team they do great and usually they are pretty good and I use them always.  They get right to work.  Price wise they are competitive.  Sometimes they are early and sometimes they are late.  They just show up on that day and they do give you an hour when they are going to come.  They come 20 minutes early or an hour late.

They cleaned up really well but there was a slight difference between the advertisement on Angie's List and what they did so I called them and then they redid it. I had another appointment with them. On Angie's List, it said that they will clean the oven and the fridge but they did not so I had to call them back and then I had to make another appointment just for it to pull off. What they did was great but when I called them they were not really willing to come back. I had to figure out what I received from Angie's List and then prove it to them.

They are fine. There are plenty of cleaning ladies; they are there for six hours and it is easy to work with for me. I have used them for years.
