Satisfaction NOT guaranteed. I was grossly misquoted for the scope of work Gary's crew was willing to do to trim back my bushes. I recently moved into a new home with very overgrown hedges and bushes creeping over sidewalks and blocking a path out to the sidewalk. In planning the job, we spoke to Darlene on Gary's team and explained how overgrown everything was and that there needed to be major trimming. What we were told would be 4-5 hours of work with a crew of 6 guys (at $35/hr) was just over an hour of work with superficial trimming done. We spoke to Gary numerous times to tell him how unhappy we are and he refused to send the crew back out and refused to lower the price saying we signed a contract. Terrible way to run a business.

The quality of the work was good overall, but they made serious mistakes doing the job. The problem was that we called and had Julie mark the underground electrical and cable lines and they still accidently cut the electrical line to the home. We were without power from about 1 pm to 11 pm. They did call the utility, but did not assist us in finding backup power to run our sump pump to prevent basement flooding. They also did not discount the bill due to the inconvenience that we experienced for the day.

It went terrible. The contracted lied about the work he did. The first time he did the job he botched it so badly that it caused a flood between our houses. Even he had eventually admitted he hadn't properly regraded it the first time. He was unprofessional(insulting the landscaping in our yard and making disparaging comments about our landscaper)and didn't show up to redo the job when he said he would. Even after he redid the job, the village inspector was concerned he still hadn't properly regraded to avoid flooding between the houses. We won't know for sure until the next heavy rain.

They are terrific. They showed up on time and did the job the way they were supposed to. They left the job perfect.

They were prompt to return phone calls and come to give an estimate. Price too high.

DIFFICULT, BECAUSE YOU HAD TO OVERSEE THE WORK. SLOPPY, HARD TO COMMUNICATE AS THE WORKERS SPOKE NO ENGLISH. DIDN'T PUT MY THINGS AWAY. TOOK MANY MONTHS TO GET THEM TO DRAW UP A PLAN FOR A MAJOR PLANT INSTALLATION PROJECT WHICH THEY BOTCHED. THE PLAN WAS INCOMPREHENSIBLE AND OF NO USE, AND I RECEIVED IT TOO LATE ANYWAY.

GARY IS SMART AND DILIGENT. HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING AND WHEN HE DOESNT KNOW, HE WILL GET SOMEONE TO DO THE WORK. HE SHOWS UP ON TIME, KEEPS WITH THE CONTRACT AND STAYS ON TOP OF HIS BUSINESS.
