Fantastic job by a fantastic handyman.  
I had been talking with Ray a few weeks about various jobs in our new house.   He came over one evening to talk about some of the projects and gave us some very good feedback on how to move forward.
I booked him for a service call and unfortunately had to cancel on him.   I called him back a week later and he had an opening and came out within a few days.
He helped me with a few electrical issues and also mounted 2 ceiling fan boxes in the bedrooms.   He even helped with a leaking pipe in the basement. 
The whole time he was showing me what he was doing and actually teaching me along the way..    I ended up asking him questions about a few other concerns I had with the house.   His feedback made sense and helped me decide on what projects to do next.
He also was able to give me a referral for a great fllor guy and a painter to use for my house. I will definetely be using him again in the future.

Ray is a complete professional. He is thorough in every detail of his work. He informs us of what he is going to do before starting a project and keeps us in the loop every step of the way. As new homeowners, Ray has been a great help in perfecting our home. Our family finds his handyman services to be something that we will need continuously in the future.

He was on time--to the minute. He was professional and friendly, and we would have him back for future services. I found him to be one of the best workers I have dealt with.

Ray was so responsive when I called looking for a handy man to help my business hang some banners and a Christmas wreath with lighting on our storefront. This is something that we have never been able to do on our own successfully. He is such a nice guy and did a wonderful job. I would recommend Green Slate Services for any handy work you may need help with. Green Slate Services actually specializes in deconstruction and salvaging the old materials to be reused which is fantastic. They also can do partial construction too. But they take smaller handywork jobs in between major projects. I would recommend Green Slate Services to everyone any day!

Ray came in as scheduled and completed the work almost on time (one item took longer than expected). The estimate was pretty much right on. The work was all quality work, no complaints. Ray was also very helpful recommending somebody to refinish the wood floor as he did not do that type of work. The work outside was during the hottest week of the summer, still he completed the work as planned. The only thing I regret was not having called Ray any sooner. He could have fixed all these issues while I was living in the house and I could have enjoyed the house without having to look at those eye sores for 5 years before finally getting them done.Thanks to Ray the house is in ship shape. I now need to find somebody to rent it!

We thought that they did a great job. They were prompt, efficient, and courteous, and their price was right. We'd use them again.

Ray is very professional and great to work with! His work is wonderful and he attends to every detail. When I explained what I wanted to do and the look I was going for, he gave me valuable input which helped me make decisions that I am very happy with. I am extremely happy with every project that Ray has accomplished for me and still have much more for him to do around my new home. Already, with Ray's expertise, my house looks beautiful. Everyone who sees it compliments me on how everything looks and on Ray's work!

Each time we have been impressed with his knowledge and skills. My husband is eager to learn how to do some of the work himself and Ray is an enthusiastic and patient coach. My husband assisted Ray with the projects and has learned a great deal from him. That helped us to save on the labor cost. Additionally, we will save on future projects because my husband now has the confidence to attempt projects on his own. Because of this and the fact he has done so many jobs for us, it was difficult for me to estimate how much we have spent on his services.
