Description of Work: Called for information on service and pricing. I was told they were able to repair my 4 year old treadmill which needed a new walking pad, but I would have to call the company that made the treadmill to order the replacement walking pad, myself. I ordered the walking pad and called back to schedule an appointment. I reached the service person in his car; he was unable to set up an appointment until he reached his office. He said he would call back in 30 minutes, but never called back. I re-called and left a message on his answering machine, but he never returned my call. I have since called a different repair service.

Mike was running a little late from his previous appointment but he called to let me know. He quickly assessed the problem and made the repair. I ordered the part from another company last week so I had it on hand. He checked all other aspects of the treadmill, tightened the handles and base and was done in 45 minutes.
Description of Work: Replace roller in treadmill.
