Terrible. Ms. Klak visited and took measurements, and then sent initial drawings. She drew a window instead of a door, put a closet in a space where the refrigerator was to be placed. She forgot to draw adequate outlets, porch lights and lights requested by the customer. She resisted communicating with the me, offered explanations only when pressed, and offered no creative suggestions to overcome issues with design. I had to come up with solutions. She refused to obtain an online permit as required by the City of Chicago until the contractor pressured her to do so. She did not properly complete the permit form for excavation, and when asked to re-submit one, she referred me to an expediter (which would have been an additional expense). Again, the contractor had to step in. When I went to the permits department, the architect reviewing the plans said most of the drawings that I paid for were available on the internet. With the time and effort expended to get the blueprints, one would think we were building the Taj Mahal.
Description of Work: Contracted for blueprints for enclosed porch replacement on Chicago Bungalow, to include excavation. General contractor was another company (also on Angie's) who provided architect. Ms. Beata Klak was the "architect" who was to provide the blueprint drawings.
