They are friendly, and the quality of their service is good.  The quality of their work is their strong point, their friendliness and their knowledge is what I can expect from them.

I contacted the company to turn my sprinkler system on for the season.  In doing so, the technician identified several damaged heads that were replaced for an additional cost.  When I started to use the system, I noticed several of the heads were spraying well into the street and driveway.  The technician obviously did not test the system or he would have immediately seen the problem.  After  the company came back to adjust the heads to the proper position, I received a bill for additional charges.  I called the office to question being charged for work that I believe should have been done correctly in the first place.  I was told the owner would call me back to discuss the situation.  He never did.  I subsequently received a "Past Due" notice that ironically acknowledged in writing that the " . . .heads not positioned properly spraying driveway, street and side of garage."

This company was recommended by my landscaper when we first moved in 7 years ago. They installed the sprinkler system, however, they did not recommend having capability to water flower beds, only the lawn. I accepted this and now wish I had not done so. This company now comes to start up our system in the spring and shut it down in the fall every year. I asked for an estimate to add the capacity to water the flower beds, whether we could use the existing heads or whether we needed to add. The report I received back recommended $325 for repairs to the existing system and another $2000 to adapt the system to water the flower beds. I was surprised that we needed that much repair, why wasn't I told that when they turned the system on in the spring? And disappointed that the cost was so much to add flower beds. I ended up only getting the repairs, not the additional functionality.
