There was only 1 person in the store and she is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We had the fan installed and she told us what time the guy would arrive and he arrived absolutely and perfectly on time. It took him only 35 minutes to install the ceiling fan and it's been working beautifully especially in this hot weather and we really appreciated it.

After moving into a new home, we went back to Fan 'C' Fans to find a fan for the master bedroom (we purchased 3 ceiling fans from them in the past). The selection and pricing on Casablanca fans was great and the staff was very helpful. We love the fan!
