At least the technician fixed it at no charge. When the receiver was installed it was set to 480 i resolution despite the received being routed to a high definition TV. They should have known that I was upgrading my subscription to high definition, which was why they were swapping out the equipment to begin with. They should have known what I the customer was subscribing to and set the receiver accordingly. As for the Dish Network service it has been good overall. Better than cable, but not quite as good as Directv.
