Was told the project would take 3 weeks and it ended up taking several months. To this day the project was not completed as promised. The company sent 1 guy to demolish and remodel a fairly decent sized kitchen and bathroom. They claimed that the guy preferred to work alone. The guy did bad work and they ended up changing to a couple of the owner's relatives. BUYER BEWARE!! Their employee made arches that were originally round square and the owner refused to correct this. The employee screwed up allure interlocking flooring in the kitchen, reversed the hot and cold water connections to the kitchen sink, installed a ventilation fan in the bathroom without an external connection, destroyed the bathroom floor while removing an original bathtub from 1935, then claimed the floor was bad already. They corrected this by adding tile on top of the floor that increased the height of the floor by 1 inch. This has created a dangerous step when entering the bathroom. Customer service and responsiveness is non-existent. Do not use this company. Ever!
