Current Electrical Contractors did an excellent job for us, below budget, on time, with smart, competent, conscientiously neat, and very personable staff, who offered advice, answered all of our questions, and left us with a house that is electrically sound for the 21st century. They replaced our 100-amp 75-year old panel with a 200 amp panel, which will accommodate future installation of an EV charger and a fully electric stove when desired. They logically re-organized and re-balanced our circuitry, with appropriate re-wiring as needed. They installed GFCI outlets where needed. Our garage is now PHEV capable. Our kitchen now has dedicated circuits and GFCI outlets. We had an inoperative kitchen ceiling exhaust fan that runs again after many years. Our inoperative drawstring closet lights all activate by motion now. And the lighting in our basement is bright enough now to cure my SAD. To summarize, we’re very happy. We highly recommend Current Electrical Contractors.

I had a ceiling fan and pendant light which stopped working after a power shut off in my building for maintenance. I I called them Thursday and made an appointment for Monday. "Ovi" was on time (slightly early) and was able to diagnose the problems and repair them within two hours (including a trip to Home Depot to purchase a part). Another company had suggested I be ready with a new fan and light and told me there would be a 3 hour minimum charge.

It went very, very smoothly. They were our best contractor during our project. They were on time, they were polite, they were clean, and they did a good job. They worked in the condo on several different days. They always explained what they were doing, and always asked me if I had a preference as to which way they should set something up.

Robert and Julian were wonderful to work with. They were knowledgeable and fast, and Current's hourly rate was very fair for the quality and speed of work compared to other electrician's we'd hired. Several of the fixtures they were working with required complicated assembly of delicate glass, and they were careful and thorough at every step. When they encountered a challenge around installing one of the fixtures, they were quick to suggest solutions and with a trip to the hardware store, the fixture was installed. When we realized that we didn't like the quality of light of the pendant lights we'd chosen above the kitchen island, they removed them carefully enough that the lighting vendor would take the return. We'll be rehiring them to complete other electrical projects for us in the very near future. Happy to now have them as our go-to electricians.

Installed new electrical pole to attach fan to. Did an awesome job! Got it all done fast! They also cleaned up entire area of work. Best part is that the fans are working spectacular. I am in the process of getting them back to do more work!

They're wonderful. I've worked with them several times. They're primarily the only electricians we use now.

Bart showed up on time. And he checked the panels and cans to ensure the correct voltage.  He then replaced/screwed in the bulbs (something I could do) which took 2 hours and $210; he thought maybe they were in too tight.  
About a week later all my bulbs burned out again so the root cause was not resolved. I called Current Electrical at which time I discussed that my issue wasn't resolved and she stated (laughing a little bit) let me take your credit card to pay for the current bill and then I'll have the head electrician call.  I've never received any follow-up from them and unfortunately they did not resolve my current issue.

They were great. Will definitley use them in the future.

This is the second time I have used this company. I an thrilled! Was punctual, immediately put down floor protection, shoe protection, cleaned thoroughly after each installation was completed and kept me informed of proceedings.

Tom was early to arrive, which was good given the assignment, he switched out 15 new dimmers for old dimmers/or switches.  Tom was great at explaining the most complex aspects of the job also.

It went fantastic. Tom and Bob were 100% professionally accurate and solved our wiring dilemma. It was a difficult job and they handled the problem with care and accuracy. I'd definately re-hire Current Electric for job and job I'd need.

Got the job done in an efficient amount of time.  Friendly and productive during the time he was here.

Went great.  They said 2 days and it was 2 days.

Arrived promptly and diagnosed our issue quickly. Was pricey for simply troubleshooting, but professional. I'd call them again.
