The office staff and support staff are friendly and competent. I was treated by Dr. Quezada for my crown replacement. I decided to have the complete treatment in one visit. The entire procedure from crown removal to placement of the new crown took just a little over two hours. It was an excellent result and I will continue to use this office for all my dental needs.

Excellent, professional and friendly service. Complete communication on the range of information, services available and costs. Solid followup on all issues over recurring appointments. Will continue to use happily.

Dr. Lewis had been my dentist for over 40 years. I have found him to be kind, calm, thorough, conservative, and a great resource. Unlike some dentists, he doesn't try to provide all services but he is in a building with other high-level professionals who are available for specialized services, like root canals. When I moved out of state, he even used his professional connections to help me find a new dentist near my new home. I recommend him highly to anyone who needs a great dentist.

Overall, it was a great experience. Everybody, including the office stuff, the Dr's and the hygienists are very friendly, and I felt very comfortable. Dr. Quezada took pictures of each of my teeth, and went over each of them with me, discussing its condition. He was very patient and answered all my questions. I feel I have a much better understanding of what's going on, and I really appreciate it. The cleaning was very gentle and caused almost no discomfort. The appointment started exactly on time, and since I'm pretty busy, I appreciate it. I will definitely recommend this practice and Dr. Quezada to my friends and family.

They are nice people, polite, caring and always have big smiles. They always call me to go back so promptly, before I can even sit down and grab a magazine they are calling me back. They are very professional and friendly. They recently remodeled their office. They text me telling me I am due for an appointment. They text me to keep me updated on what's going on in their office.

I met with Dr. Q first to have an initial exam and then the second hour was my cleaning with a hygienist. Dr. Q was very nice and friendly. He found things about my teeth that my previous dentist had not and he was great at providing ways to correct what he was seeing happen to my teeth. Dr. Q used up to date technology that felt appropriate for what he was doing (my previous dentist liked up-to-date technology to "play with"). After the initial consultation, I had to wait a few minutes for the hygienist to clean my teeth. The hygienist was friendly and easy to talk to. It was clear she had experience in her field and had a very calm demeanor too. I am not afraid of the dentist, but for someone who is, she would be a calming influence.The only down part--their prophy jet was not working so I could not get the power washing I like for my teeth. Perhaps next time!Overall, the experience was good and I will be going back to Colonial in 6 months for my next cleaning!

They are very professional and tell you everything you need to know and more. They are gentle and the process is painless. They are knowledgable and pleasant and good with following up.

Having been a patient with my two children and husband for over 20 years, my husband refuses to go back because of the wait time he experiences taking time off from work and my now adult children live elsewhere. We moved 15 miles away in 1996 and it is just too hard to get there now. However, apart rom Dr. Lewis, Cindi and Marilyn, one never knows the mood of the staff-sometimes the distain is palpable-and there is no recognition for the fact we have stayed with them although we moved out of the area. I am frequently late, which was originally due to a job I couldn't just up and walk out of and once I became unemployed, it was just the commute. They always tried to accomodate me, but sometimes I had to turn around and go home. Frankly I cannot afford the restoration services any more. We have good insurance, but they need $1500 out of pocket to replace an old crown! Their prices are never anywhere near "reasonable and customary", bordering on excessive and I have not been thrilled with the work in recent years. One example was due to an implant I had to have, the tooth above it lowered so much in between treatments, I had to have it crowned. This was mostly done by an "assistant" who I am fairly certain is not a DDS and it has never been quite right. They are just too expensive and quality of the work has suffered. I guess in all they are a quality practice, but I feel I have out stayed my welcome and am looking for someone closer to home.

As always, the team at Colonial Dental Group was exceedingly professional and thorough. I really appreciate the time they take to explain what they are doing and why. In addition, I had to have some dental impressions (molds) taken for some future dental work... the technician was amazingly skilled. I experienced no discomfort or gagging due to inappropriately sized mold-making trays and/or overfilling with the mold making medium. Kudos to my dental hygienist, Dawn and dental technician Judy.

Have used this dentist for a number of years. Dr. Lewis is excellent--very thorough, patient and meticulous.

Dr. Quezada and the staff are very professional. They are excellent, and that is the reason why I haven?t looked for a dentist here. I drive about 45 minutes to go to his office.

He's a caring and conscientious dentist who is conservative in his treatment. He electronically files insurance for you, which is convenient. If you have major work done you can get a discount by pre-paying for it. They treat the whole family, so you can bring the children in too. There is very little wait in the waiting room, they are very punctual -the longest I've had to wait in the last 19 years is 5 minutes to be seen.

The experience with Dr. Lewis has went well. The technician does most of the cleaning work, and he comes in for the examination. He is very thorough. I have gone to Dr. Lewis for 15 years. It is easy to get an appointment with him. I don't have to wait in the waiting room.

They are professional and do professional work, and the quality of work is very good. The staff too is top-notch. I usually schedule my appointments once in six months, and if I cannot make it on a particular day, I call them and they will follow up with me to reschedule it. They are very responsive and I will continue to use them in the future.
