I contacted the company, paid the fee ahead of time; they came and cleaned the gutters.  They were more careful than some other companies.  They made sure to unclog the downspouts, which were causing a problem because sticks and leaves were blocking them.  Some cleaners do not do the downspouts, so gutters often overflow.
My only problem with the company is that I would like a simpler way of communicating, scheduling, and paying.  I'm not certain whether they came in later 2014 or early 2015 because there are no emails to check, and I don't have the invoice to hand. Also, the name of the company is very similar to some other companies, so it is possible to mix them up.

It went fine. They have been cleaning my gutters for several years. They perform very well.

I have been using this company for several years. They are prompt. They make sure all my leaves are down before they come out. They ask to show me the leaves as proof. They haul the leaves away at my request. The price is always the same.

I have used this company for years to clean the windows of my two-story house. They have always been punctual, courteous,professional, and competent. And trustworthy. They come when scheduled and and the office stays in contact if weather is an issue.The price is a bit above some other estimates I have gotten but it is well worth the extra cost.

They did an okay job. The price was fair for what the job was. They came when they said they would; I have had problems with other people. They were little more expensive than other companies.

They were great from start to finish--from the first call to schedule the work to doing the work and then billing. We have used them for years and will continue to do so.

These guys are great. I have them come clean the gutters twice a year. They usually perform the service within a few days of my calling. A team pulls up and "attacks" the house. They bring their own equipment, so even though I've rolled up the hoses for the season, there is no mess or fuss on my part. They are inexpensive and no issues climbing around the odd roof angles on our two/three story house.

It was fine. They were only there for 30 mins and that was too fast for how much we paid.

I have mixed feelings about them. I used them three years ago and two years ago with great success. I called them this year to do some work and they hardly ever called me back and didn't show up. They came on time and did solid, good work before. The price was fine. I would have given them all good grades for two years ago. I tried to use them this year.

They did a good job; not great, but good. I spent $150 on the job, which I thought was expensive for a two-hour job. They did not use any supplies. It was very pricey, but I guess it was the going rate from what I had done year to year. My experience with them was okay. I do not think I will call them again. I do not think they were very thorough. The quality was okay. I do not think they spoke much English. So, it was hard to communicate with them. However, there was not much to say.

Arrived on date promised, provided work as promised, no issues/hassles.

I was presented with the bill after job was completed. Price was 25% higher than competition. They did not clean the outside fixtures they said they would include. Owner was indignant and offensive when I called him. The quality of the work was fine; my issue was with the pricing and poor customer experience.

Left a message on Wed. morning, received a call back later that afternoon. Very friendly. This was the day before Thanksgiving. The team came out on Friday, day after Thanksgiving. Took them maybe an hour. They were quick, thorough, and clean. They used their own hoses to flush out the downspouts, so there was no burden on me to bring out my own hoses, de-winterize, etc.

They did a good job and cleaned up afterwards. I plan to use them again to do my windows in the spring

They were very prompt and courteous. They do an excellent job on the windows. We have a 3 level, contemporary home and it's tricky to get to so I think their price was more than fair. I don't have much to compare their prices to because I've only used them. I will definitely use them in the future.

We've used this company before. As always, they were terrific.

We found that they had done lots of damage to our screens. None were put back correctly and they don't fit back into the window the way they did. Some of the window grids were broken. They didn't notify us of any of this. When I called them and emailed them I never got a response. I would not work with them again.

I scheduled them to come out at a time when the service was needed the most, so it would last longer. They came within three days of scheduling. They were punctual and did a good job. I have used them for ten years.

They cleaned the windows and screens pretty well. The sills were wiped, but still fairly dirty, they only got about half of that dirt. A crew of three did the job in 5 hours. They were courteous, punctual and did not disrupt the interior of the house. Outside they left minor messes on patio areas and left the garden hoses disheveled. They left about half of the screens improperly attached so I had to go over every window to check and fix the screens. Also about half the screens were slightly bent. It took me about 1.5 hours to tidy up after they left. It's a large house so $315 for 15 man hours and the difficulty of the work would have been a very good deal if it were not for the few things they did poorly. Allowing for these shortcomings and the time I had to put into cleanup I'd say it was only a fair deal. I would hire them again, but I might try someone else first just to have a comparison and in the hopes I might find something a little better.
