Tom Carroll came to us on an acquaintance's recommendation, and we are delighted to report that his work is top-notch and his work habits are commendable. He and his colleague Dan started construction on a powder room on a Monday and finished today, seven work days later. They came every day as promised, and they cleaned up daily. We got very good work at a fair price.

They made a new bathroom in my basement complete with a steam shower. Years ago I had a room in the basement. They converted it into a good bedroom with a closet. They also did the plumbing and other associated jobs. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. I had given them a punch list and when they were done they checked all the items. They had completed the job in total. We had some company and the shower faucet broke. Tom ordered the part, installed it and charged me nothing. We have not had any problems till date.

THEY WERE AMAZING. WE CALLED AND THEY PROMPTLY CALLED US BACK, THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY MADE SUGGESTIONS AND DID THE WORK WELL. THEY HAVE BEEN GREAT AND WE WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN.
