Called for service in the morning. They came two hours later. No emergency charge because they were not busy. Had to jack up the door by hand since one side was sagging two ft below the other side. Replaced the cable that had rusted out (aircraft quality cable). It wasn't right the first time, so they had to jack it up again and tighten the spring again a second time. Total time 1 1/2 hours. Did not replace the pin in the bottom of the door that is half rusted through (and had to be replaced before). Recommended WD 40 to stop the rust. Left me a detailed invoice that I can't read. Called them back to ask abou the rusted pin that is half worn off and they said they don't replace rusted pins, only the broken parts.
