I purchased the service contract so everything is "free". I've only had 3 visits but they've been very good. They are just extremely responsive to concerns and complaints that I have. They answered questions. They were concerned with making sure they cleaned it up.

They didn't charge me anything. Free, I can't fault that. I haven't seen any faults with the work they completed any of the times i have been in there. I would say it is good or better than any of the other dealerships I have had to deal with. I only came in contact with the one worker and the guy that drove the car over. The communication was good as far as I could tell. They had a TV there and coffee and the waiting area was kind of small but I didn't have to wait that long either. I got a loaner car. The wait for this visit was probably 4 hours I was thinking.

It was probably about $800. I didn’t like them either. They are really bad. It took like 2 weeks to get in to get an oil change. The work is okay, it’s just the service that’s bad. I had to wait 2 weeks, so that is ridiculous. They could work on better service. Some workers were good, some were bad. It depends, one guy was great the other guy was slimy

They are wonderful and fast. They did the repair while I waited.

The service was between $35 and $40. The pricing was on the upper side.

2010 Ford Edge. I took my edge here many times and when I needed my suspension worked on I called around but to my surprise they were the best priced. They did a great job as always and I now trust them more than the other dealerships around as well auto places. Thank you Bredemann ford.

I like that they were very easy to make an appointment with, and they caught a problem that I did not know about, were prompt to tell me about it, and are in the process of fixing it in order to make my car safer. They were all incredibly nice, responsive, and proactive.
