We called W & B Service and talked to a very friendly nice scheduler. Rich came the same day I called. Rich quickly found the problem. After he replaced two belts the washer spin dried the clothes again. Rich is a courteous, honest repair man. We have used his services for many years. We highly recommend W & B Service.

Same day visit and fix! $79 charge to come diagnose the problem, but that can then be applied to overall fee. Another company I called charged $89 which was not applicable to total parts and labor. B & W had my dryer up and running in about 15 min, would use them again.

It takes about 15 minutes only. The job is done professionally But the charge is a little higher than I expected.

Bob diagnosed the problem - a valve, which he replaced in a matter of minutes, fixed in the process the warm water 'regulator' too, and... all is well!! He saved us from buying a new washing machine, which would have cost an additional $250 - for a few more (hopefully) years..

Owner was in the neighborhood and arrived in a couple of hours. Replaced electronic igniter, two rollers, a belt and flue. Finished the job in about an hour. Dryer performs like new.

Threw a load of laundry in the dryer only to hear a sudden loud screech of metal on metal.  Called B&W and remarkably Bob was nearby at another call and could be over within the hour.  He was right on time and fixed my dryer within 90 minutes of my first call to him.  Price was what I expected and he proactively offered a coupon to save a bit and a 90 day guarantee.  I always like to call local companies when possible and that's B&W.  All in all great experience - definitely recommend.

It went good.  I was at work and my nanny dealt with them.  I had an issue, they came, they fixed relatively quick.  They responded and it was cheap so it was fine.

Everything went wonderfully. I noticed our dryer making what sounded like a rubbing noise on a Sunday. So I looked up local providers with high marks and made a phone call. To my surprise the provider answered right away, said he was at another job and had three customers ahead of me, but would try to get out today. I told him that I did not need emergency service and did not want to pay extra to have him out on a Sunday. He's said it was the same price as any other day and would call back later to either come out the same day or schedule for another day. Probably about 2 hours later I received a call and he said he could come right out.
He arrived in a few minutes. Listened to the dryer and went to work. He removed a panel and then a cover on the fan, and there was a dryer sheet in the fan. He pulled it out, gave the dryer a quick cleaning, tested it, and it sounded normal. I saw how to clean extra lint out from behind the panel, he put it back together and was on his way. He was pleasant, fast and efficient. He placed a sticker inside with his info, showed me where it was, and said to give him a call if I had any issues.

Bob was responsive, on time and honest. Was a pleasure to work with him.

The dryer works well now. Bob was very personable, explaining what needed to be fixed and fixing it quickly. He had the parts on his truck (he explained that since he only services washers and dryers he usually carries any needed part for most brands with him).

He showed up the same day and had the washer running in no time.

I called at 8:30 A.M. and explained what the symptoms were. Bob diagnosed it over the phone and said he would come that day. He said he would call my cell, and that I could run errands and not just wait around for him. He called when he was on his way to the stop before mine. He arrived at my house at 12:30. He knew exactly what to do and was fast and efficient. He gave me the quote after the diagnosis, but before he began the repair. He turned on the oven and made sure it was operating properly. I was extremely pleased with his service. He was quick, clean, knowledgeable, and friendly. If you mention his website you also get a $20 discount. There is a little video on his website, so you recognize him when he comes to your door. That is a nice touch. He will definitely be my go-to appliance repair man.

Gave estimate over phone for preventive maintenance for washer and dryer, was available that day and arrived promptly. He knew what he was doing, showed me what he was doing and explained what he was doing. He suggested replacement of worn band in dryer, showed me worn band and told me price for replacement (approx $25). He had the part and quickly installed it in the dryer. He leveled the noisy washer and was finished in about 1/2 hour. He was professional and efficient and I will definitely call him for future work.

Called Band W Washer and Dryer Repair early in the afternoon on a Sunday and explained that my clothes dryer wasn't heating. Bob, the owner, said he would be over in a few hours and sure enough he was at my home by 4:00 pm. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the unit up and running again in about 15 minutes. The company was very responsive and flexible with appointment scheduling. I called late night Wednesday and had the dryer fixed by 1:00 PM the next day after requesting a mid-day appointment. As stated above, the gas dryer igniter had to be replaced. I was told this within about 5 minutes of troubleshooting. I received a $20 discount as promised when scheduling my appointment. The final cost was $135. I would highly recommend the company and will definitely use them in the future!
