I have since discovered that some aspects of the work were performed in a substandard way and will have to be repeated. I believe this company is out of business.
Description of Work: They came out and replaced my air conditioning unit to my home for me.

Automatic Controlled Heating has been a pretty competent service company. They are usually on time and professional. We did need them to come and do a repair but they had to order a part and we were already very cold. After a few days we had a different company do the repair because we still hadn't heard from them. We're happy for the most part, though.
Description of Work: We had them do seasonal maintenance on our furnace. Our home is a large 3 story mansion and is about 6,000 sq. ft.

THEY WERE ABLE TO TROUBLESHOOT A VERY OLD BOILER AFTER ANOTHER COMPANY GOT IT WRONG. THE OWNER SEEMS KNOWLEDGEABLE, EXPERIENCED AND HONEST. THE COMPANY''S PROPOSAL FOR A BOILER INSTALLATION SUGGESTED THAT IT MAY NOT HAVE THE MANPOWER TO DO BIG JOBS AS QUICKLY AND AFFORDABLY AS LARGER COMPANIES CAN, BUT THE PRICES FOR THE REPAIRS WE HAD DONE WERE REASONABLE AND THE SERVICE WAS GOOD.
