The cost was comparable to Home Depot, so we felt fair. The turnaround time from contract to work was amazingly fast, & they were also able to get a sink for us much faster than the place where we originally intended to purchase our sink. The selection was far superior to the big box hardware stores and some of the other affordable places we sought, though again the cost was very reasonable. Communication and service were a problem. There was more than one day that I was told someone would be here and yet nobody showed up and I was never called about this instead, I waited and waited and then would call and be told to wait another few hours etc. etc. I lost several days where I could not even leave to go to the store and yet they did not show or call. There was also a problem with one set of counter installers throwing off our door jam, though they fixed it. It is a tough call we are very pleased overall, the kitchen looks great and the cost was fair but the process was challenging.
