Pool and Spa Servicing, Ceramic Tile Service
The owner was very punctual and professional. However the contractors he used to do the actual work on my pool were unprofessional. The guy that came to drain the pool had a defective pump and blew 3 of my circuit breakers, then he used my Barracuda hoses without my permission. He had no equipment. The tile crew dumped 50 lb of concrete into the gutter in front of my house and left it there for me to cleanup. They did not bother to clean the concrete from the main drains, and plugged my pump. I did get a $100 discount from the owner for "my troubles". That act of kindness boosted my overall experience to a "C" otherwise, I would have graded my experience a "D".
