It went very well!

I have been there about 3 times all together. They told me that one of my fuel injectors was misfiring, and that I needed new spark plugs. They replaced the spark plugs and did an oil change, and everything was fine for a few days. Unfortunately, the light came on a few days later. I went somewhere near by because I wasn't sure about Merlin. They found that oil had been spilled all over the spark plugs. I went back to Merlin, and they replaced the spark plugs at no charge, but the stress it caused me was not worth this. Even after all this was done, the check engine light kept coming back on. Merlin never found the source to my problem. They tried to tell me on my first visit that I had to have a lot of maintenance that needed done that I had taken care of according to the dealer's recommendation. I feel like they are used to people that do not take good care of their cars, and they charged a lot of money.

. Then I got a bill for $459. I?ve called corporate, they keep giving me the run around. I think they took advantage of me. When I called them back, they want to give me a $300 gift certificate, but I don?t want to go back there. They said it?s all one piece, the muffler and the tail pipe, but they quoted me just the muffler, not the tail pipe. I had to wait 2 hours, and they had told me it would only be 45 minutes. They tell me I have a transmission leak as well, and I don?t-my mechanic checks it all the time. They kept finding things wrong with the car.
