Excel Bath

Absolutely in love with my Onyx Shower remodel and forever warranty!!

Excel Bath did a complete gut rehab of my bathroom and I love it. Everything, from working with Teresa, the sales rep and designer, to the quality of the materials, and the expert craftsmanship of Roman, was excellent. Roman is not only a perfectionist, but came each day as scheduled and worked harder than anyone I've ever had working on a home project. He also respected my home, so I never came home to find a mess. It was also completed on schedule. I particularly appreciated Roman's problem-solving ability. When encountering a problem (which is inevitable when working in such old construction), he always took the initiative to offer at least one possible solution at the time he reported the problem. Teresa answered all my questions and was proactive in making sure I knew where I was on the schedule and checking in during/after the work. All in all, I would recommend Excel with no reservations for a bathroom remodel, not only for the quality, but the pride with which they perform their work. You'll notice both in the finished project!

GREAT!!! Remodeled 30 yr. old bathroom. Initially consulted with Teresa. (I have no sense of decor and she provided excellent ideas.) Gutted bathroom. New everything: tub, tub surround, vanity, mirror, cabinet, light fixture, door and floor. Installed everything, painted walls. Roman did the work. ALL OF IT! Roman is a workhorse and a perfectionist. I was extremely impressed with his attention to detail and additional suggestions. In addition he made sure the area was cleaned up every day. I cannot say enough how IMPRESSED I am with Roman's work. Will also be using Excel to install front entry and storm door.

It could have gone better. The sales order was not written up as clearly as it needed to be which resulted in some issues: the wrong hardware (less expensive hardware) was installed, there was confusion on whether a bench seat was to be installed. The installation team was not expecting to remove a whirlpool tub, and one piece of the enclosure was improperly cut - the factory closed early that Friday resulting in our 1 -2 day install taking 4 days. That being said the company follow up was exceptional and we did get a price reduction due to the issues. It looks nice but I'm not totally convinced the quality was worth the cost...I'll need to see how it wears.

Excellently! New soaker tub installed, new plumbing, tub surround. Minimum fuss, no mess. All done in 2 days. It would have been in one day but for the schedule of the village plumbing inspector.
