CoreCentric Solutions, Inc. has been in business since 1995, employing over 250 associates with an ISO 9001 2008 certification. We are members of the Professional Servicers organization and the United Servicers organization. The primary services we offer are sales of remanufactured appliance parts and a parts return for repair service. We do not run any service calls; all of our technicians are in house. A local service technician told her that it would cost $486.00 to replace the timer. She found that a new oven would cost over $1200.00 and not be the same color.
An onlline search revealed that new timers were not available and only a couple of companies would repair them.
Core Centric Solutions advertised that they would repair that specific timer for $130 plus $12 shipping.
I boxed it up and took it to the local UPS store on Friday, July 19th. I was amazed when it came back on Wednesday, July 24th. I installed it the next day and it worked perfectly.
Surely such great service deserves a review in Angies List.
