Squirrels were in the eave. They opened up the eave and cleaned out the nest materials, and waited for the squirrels to exit. We sealed up the eave and cut a hole for the squirrels to leave, which they did the next day. Also cleaned the gutters and fixed a few bad spots on the roof.

Jim came out on a late Saturday afternoon to replace shingles that blew up on a small portion of the roof and replace a shingle that blew off. we had another shingle that was at the top of the roof but Joe did NOT have a ladder that he could reach that far. He told me that he would come the next day to finish the repair, but he never did. I called the office 2 days later and was told that he would get back to me in 10 minutes. I also said stated that I wanted an estimate for a new roof. A week went by and no one ever contacted me.

Joe came on site and explain everything that need to do. He also gave me a quote for replacement in the future and a roof maintenance quote. Joe was great

I was in the middle of getting my attic insulated and they caught a small leak which stopped them from going any further. I called Joe and he was out within an hour and fixed the area so the insulation could continue. Joe was super honest with his assessment and I will definitely use him in the future.
