We have been using him for years. He is managing our house in Glencoe, and we are in California. He also managed the installation of something by somebody else. He oversaw the work of other workers. We pay him monthly to take care of the house. We pay him something to look after the house and also pay him something for lawn work. He checks any problems that we have with the house. He also makes sure that the contractors come and go and checks the quality of their work.

He is reliable. As it is my second home, he keeps an eye on the house when we're not there and continues to check on it every few days. He has helped me find contractors to repair larger issues. He is easily accessible and I trust him.
