Another vendor had installed three new doors, with 6 locks, in connection with remodeling a sun room and adding a shed. We wanted the locks fixed so that all would operate with the same key that opens the locks on our old doors, so we wouldn't have to carry so many keys. Turns out that the old Williamsburg-style deadlock on our front door required a cylinders that was not compatible with the locks on the new doors. Fortunately, the two other doors could take replacement cylinders that would work with the same key as the new locks. So now we will have to carry two keys, but at least we will never need to use two different keys to gain access.

Locksmith was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient.

Excellent service. Came at the exact time I needed them to (next morning after I called.) On time, worked efficiently. Cleaned up and checked all new keys before leaving.

REASONABLY PRICED FOR SERVICE CALL AND EACH LOCK. VERY FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

WHEN OUR DOOR WAS REFINISHED, THE LOCK GOT BROKEN. WE COULD FIND NO ONE LOCAL TO FIX IT. ALSO THE BRASS HAD BECOME VERY TARNISHED. WE SENT THE LOCK FROM FLORIDA TO CHICAGO. IT WAS REPAIRED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND WHEN REFINISHING WAS DONE, THE COMPANY TOLD US THAT PREVIOUS ATTEMPTS HAD RESULTED IN THE EXCESSIVE TARNISHING. THEY FIXED EVERYTHING PERFECTLY AND ALSO TOLD US HOW TO PRESERVE THE HARDWARE (PERIODICALLY USE CAR WAX ON IT TO PROTECT IT.) THE LOCK WAS REINSTALLED AND WORKS PERFECTLY.
