ARNULFO ALVARADO

Arnulfo did the powerwashing himself and used only hot water.  (Other companies said that they would have to use chemicals to clean the mold off the north side of the building and the black marks off the bottoms of the gutters).  The siding and gutters look brand new.  The windows were sparkling and whatever they use to clean the windows does a good job of repelling dirt and dust because it has rained several times since the cleaning and the windows still sparkle.

There was a problem with the outcome from  washing the deck and the sidewalks.  They showed several spots that were missed.  I contacted Arnulfo who indicated he'd be back out the following week to correct the problem.  (When the sidewalks were wet it was nearly impossible to see the missed spots, but when they were dry, the spots were quite noticeable.)  I called several times and nearly a month after the job, (on June 18) Arnulfo came out and redid the sidewalk and deck.  He was quite thorough and now they look very good.   I would have given him straight A's if he had been more responsive.

Did everything well without damaging my waxed floors and painted windows which are hard to remove. Power washed my flower pot nad did not damage the patio, which you can do, if you are not careful. Truck and tools are all professional and sparkling clean.
