It took him 9 weeks to tile a bathroom that is only 12 x 5 and to install a shower base made out of tile. The real kicker was that the shower base was installed too tall to fit the $600 glass shower door we ordered. online . This despite the fact that the shower door was on site for the entire project.
Valley Services was FIRED........we had enough of the lack of progrees, the lack of proffessionalism, and hostility by the owner.
we ended up having to fnish the job ourselves and buying a new shower door to fit the hole that was left.
to top it off we ended up moving and selling our house only to find out this company put a lien on our house for " payment due"
4500 dollars wasnt enough for this horrible job ? nope, they blackmailed us for another 1500 on the lien, we had to get rid of the house due to a work transfer so had no choice .
DO NOT USE VALLEY HOME SERVICES !!!!!!!!!!! EVER
