 + -1 moreExcellent job! I wanted it to go with two existing pictures hanging in the same place. They had the right frame and found almost exact matches for the mat colors. Greg was very knowledgeable and explained the different properties of the mat and glass choices. He also said they were very careful with counted cross-stitch to make sure the cloth rows were aligned with the mat. The cost was more than I was quoted from Hobby Lobby but H.L. didn't have anything close at all to the frame and mat I wanted.
Description of Work: Mounted and framed a piece of counted cross-stitch, with double matting and glass.

 + -1 moreWe've been very happy with their work. We haven't been that thrilled with their recommendations. They generally suggest more elaborate frames than what we want. Nevertheless, we've always been able to find the right frame ourselves. They are a little slow in turnaround time, but we've always been happy with the results.
