His price is consistent with everybody else?s. I guess it?s a fair price - it?s neither over nor under. He is a very honest person and you can count on his quality of work. He hauled everything away - there was no problem with that. If you have any problems, it is easy to communicate with him. He has done a number of things for us and I am having him come over probably in a month to do some more work.
