10+ years ago SM Construction put a two story addition on our house to accommodate a need for more space for our kids. That project was so well done that when we started thinking of modifying the house to accommodate our empty nester status we called them in again. Water, electric, gas and drain had to be moved...SM did such a great job it is impossible to tell that the house wasn't built this way day one. If you are doing a small remodel or doubling the size of your house, make sure you get a quote from SM Construction!
Description of Work: Moved our washer/dryer from lower level of house to an upstairs bedroom.
