We haven't really tested it with rain yet. We had a leaky roof before, so I do not know if the problem is solved. They were very professional. Communicated well, and did a good job. They quoted us a good price. Very efficient. Any problems they had, they were good with working it out. Very prompt, and easy to schedule with. They were good.

Peter and his crew were great to work with. They provided exceptional knowledge, customer service, good pricing and were easy to work with. The work was excellent and the crew was in time and professional. My houses came out great and not only look great but are well protected.

From my initial conversation with the owner, Peter Kiwior, until the installation crew left after the job was done it was professional, personable and precise. Everything about the experience was top-notch. Peter came out to do the initial estimate and presented/demonstrated me with the window that would best fit my needs. He understood what I wanted and was thorough in the information he provided. The price he quoted to replace 13 windows was much less that another competitor had quoted and I felt Pro-Home offered the better quality product. His lead installer Wesley stopped by about a week later to perform the final measurements and was also very professional and personable.

The windows took about 2 1/2 weeks to arrive (made to measurements) and about 6 hours to install. Wesley and his partner were efficient, courteous and meticulous about the work they did. They hauled my old windows away and cleaned up any debris extraordinarily well! They even swept and cleaned the roof over my family room addition from any debris, amazing!

They are reasonably priced compared to others and take a huge amount of pride in their work.
I would highly recommend Pro-Home for whatever service you may need and plan to call them back for a siding job.

I solicited multiple estimates from various firms and Pro-Home hit the sweet spot for me with choices of quality, name-brand materials,  long warranties on both materials and labor, and a bid that was meaningfully lower than other similar roofing companies, and financing.
The proposal included dealing with high-pitched roof  (some estimators wouldn't even bid),  some copper flashing, replacing plumbing stack vent with lead flashing witand a small rubberized flat-roof over the front porch.
The job took two days,  but was completed on time and the crew did a good job cleaning up the site each day.
Ken, the project consultant (sales rep) was easy to work with.   He didn't seem to mind meeting after dinner hours and was easy to reach on his cell phone.
I would recommend to others in the Chicago suburbs.

They did a great job. Friendly professional crew who worked fast but didn't cut corners. They were responsive to additional requests, and the house looks great. Had to do a little extra cleanup ourselves as we found some nails all around the house, but we're very pleased with the work.

After learning my rear gutter and roof were in dire condition, I contacted Pro-Home based on the reviews here. Peter made it out to my house quickly to assess the situation and give me a very competitive quote. I agreed to the terms and was to be scheduled two weeks' out when he called me a couple of days later and said he had a cancellation and could complete the job over the weekend. Peter's crew arrived on time and completed the work in a day with beautiful results. The site was fully cleaned up afterwards and some of the work for the replacement of the roofing planks was discounted due to the extent of the repairs needed. I'm very happy with my experience with this company and the excellent work performed on my home at a very reasonable cost. This was also certainly not an easy job, as the pitch of my roof is very steep.

Peter came out to do the estimate- he was responsive and made it out the same day. I received my written price quote the next day via email. His pricing was very fair, he landed right between two other estimates I got and we ended up using Pro Home Services for the work. His workers were polite and efficient, the job they did looks great. Very professional. Peter was nice to deal with through the process, and while the original quote was 2500 and we ran into a problem where he needed to replace some dormer siding as well that was another 500 - all of the work they did came out great and I will definitely call them again if I need anything in regards to the roof, siding, etc n the future. They completed the work fast, left the area clean and were polite and professional while they were at our home.

Peter took care of everything. His crews worked hard, long hours everyday. The quality is amazing. Peter also did a final walk through to make sure we were completely satisfied.

They replaced the roof over my sunroom.  They worked around my schedule, were able to replace the roof quickly, and did a great job for a reasonable cost. Very easy to work with and professional. I will call them again.

We dealed directly with the owner Peter who was very responsive and good in communicating and adressing all of our questions prior to starting the project.His estimate was done in a very timely fashion and competitive with 2 others that we had received.We choose Peter based on his availablity to answer all of our questions and willingness to deal with our insurance company.The work was started on the date arranged and completed within the time frame given by Peter.He was available and willing to adress items that we identified that required corrections.He was able to protect our plants to his best ability based on the size of the project and just about of all of them survived and there were many close to the work area. We are highly recommending his company and plan to use him for further projects if needed as well as having recommended him already to family and friends.
