Beto did the maintenance for the special door, but also noticed the mechanism tied to the chain was almost completely of and he tightened that as well. I also paid to have new bearings put in. He is a great friend and does efficient service.

Excellent. I called SAR5 using Google 411 and took my chances. I needed an opener right away and took a chance with a company I never heard of. SAR5 answered their phone and said they could have someone out within a few hours! I own a rental property and have a 1 car garage. I needed to be sure that my former tenant who I evicted could not get into my house using the old remote which he took off with. The reason it cost what it did was cause I have an antiquated system where the code cannot be changed that easily. SAR5 showed up on time and charged what I thought was a reasonable fee. The person they sent out told me that while my garage door was still functional, it was relatively antiquated. He checked it for safety compliance for free. It was compliant and did not try to sell me anything new. Said I could get by with the one I had. I like that! He performed the work quickly, under 1/2 hour and gave me a new remote that would not work with the old security code that the former tenant had.
