As a first time home buyer, Tim made sure I understood the entire process of mold/air & radon testing and what the results meant. He also gave me great insight on the house as a whole and what to look for while inspecting. He has your best interest in mind during your home buying experience which alleviates some of the stressors that you d otherwise be facing.

We had our house for sale and the perspective buyer hired an inspector that wasn't qualified to determine what was mold. But, since he mentioned the word mold in his inspection, this was supposedly mold in the attic area, no living areas were effected; the buyer ended the contract. I looked for professionals with great ratings and Northern Illinois Radon was one of the highest. I chose them and I am completely satisfied with their professionalism as well as their work.

I had an extremely difficult buyer. Tim was exceedingly responsive to the number of calls I made to him as well as the hour call with buyer to assure that we had no toxic mold issue that required professional remediation. I would use Tim for any future mold testing. Our real estate agent will too. Highly recommend.
