As new homeowners, overwhelmed with all the various costs and information we were getting at every corner, Andy was a refreshing change from many of the other contractors and service people we had in and out of our 1920s bungalow. He explained all the services in plain language that even I could understand, and he completed the project in a timely manner, and cleaned up after himself, all things that were lacking in our other service people. He was honest about what we needed to do and what could wait. He was a great person to work with and we've recommended him to several friends since.
