F did not complete job as promised

Our appointment was set for 2:30, and Chris Spaudling arrived about 45 minutes late. He called about 2:45 and said he would be there in about 10 minutes. Chris did what appears to be a fine job on the wireless system. He did not solve the heating/fan problem after blowing our the dust and researching it on the internet. He said apparently others have this problem. He did not make any specific recommendation concerning a solution but charged me $80 for his efforts. He did not tell me of the various charges as he went along, and I had to ask him for the total charge. I had to give him my credit card first, and then he spent about 10 minutes on the computer, apparently connected with his franchise before I received a total bill. I was surprised to learn that he had also charged me $40 to configure my email on the laptop. I only knew at the beginning that the minimum charge would be $129, plus the cost of the $59 router.

Punctual and professional. Diagnosed the problems very quickly and fixed them. Improved my wi-fi security and email services on both my PC and my Apple. Taught me several things about saving email on servers and forwarding copies. Extremely good, though a little pricey.

OUR 'NERD' IS CHRIS NOVAK. EXCELLENT SERVICE. VERY PROMPT. EXPLAINED WHAT PROBLEMS WERE AND HOW HE PROPOSED TO FIX THEM. HE SPENT ALL THE TIME NECESSARY AND EVEN CAME BACK A SECOND TIME TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS IN WORKING ORDER. WE'VE USED SEVERAL TIMES TO ASSIST US.
